Physical Injury: Participating in physical activities always carries a risk of injury, including muscle strains, sprains, or more severe injuries.


Overexertion: Pushing oneself too hard during training sessions may lead to fatigue, exhaustion, or potential health issues.


Existing Health Conditions: If I have any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries, engaging in certain exercises could exacerbate these conditions.

Emotional Discomfort: Personal training can sometimes be challenging, and it might evoke emotional responses.

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the benefits and risks associated with personal training. I understand that it is my responsibility to disclose any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns that might affect my ability to safely participate in the training sessions.


I agree to follow the Personal Trainer's instructions and notify them immediately of any discomfort, pain, or concerns that I experience during or after the training sessions.


I understand that the Personal Trainer is not a medical professional, and their role is limited to providing fitness guidance. If I have any medical or health-related concerns, I agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting or continuing with the personal training program.
